This fix is not a vaccine. The antimalarial and Azithromycin mix is once you have it. Prophylaxis use has not been proven. Hope the vaccine is like the mumps/measles, you only need it once a lifetime. But since this is a SARS based virus, it will probably change each year as China produces new version, either on purpose or via mutation.
