This. It's 2020. Every ventilator in the COUNTRY should be in a database and accounted for hour by hour. We most likely have PLENTY of capacity, but it's spread out across the entire country. We can't have ventilators sitting unused in some hospitals while others are overrun. Army should be in charge of moving them from state to state in order to meet demand.
