Approval ratings are bullshit anyway. The last 3 presidents can barely ever get to 50%. Exceptions being 9/11 and Obama shortly after inauguration, when all the idiots were basking in the glory of Black Jesus being in the WH. Does anybody really think that none of the last three could get there at any point? That Bush REALLY had only 20s/30s% approval at one point? I always see them as below reality. Not that i know by how much, but definitely below reality.
Extending that one line: “yeah he’s not perfect and I disapprove of his job performance but it beats the alternative--I mean, that OTHER guy literally rubs, fondles, and smells little girls, and he does it even he's aware that C-Span cameras are broadcasting the whole thing."
