It's either a Roman laurel wreath or Greek olive branch symbol... either way it's super common. (Ever see the Cadillac logo?) Also, the WHO symbol (assuming the one you posted is legit) is just the UN symbol with an asclepius staff on it. Yes the UN are a bunch of commies and WHO has been holding water for CCP, but trying to draw a comparison because the wreath logo is silly
