Partial quote by Secretary Pompeo:

“This week the State Department has facilitated the transportation of nearly 17.8 tons of donated medical supplies to the Chinese people, including masks, gowns, gauze, respirators, and other vital materials. These donations are a testament to the generosity of the American people.

Today, the United States government is announcing it is prepared to spend up to $100 million in existing funds to assist China and other impacted countries, both directly and through multilateral organizations, to contain and combat the novel coronavirus. This commitment – along with the hundreds of millions generously donated by the American private sector – demonstrates strong U.S. leadership in response to the outbreak.”

It seems like only a shill would write something so stupid that fails so hard in basic logic.

You may want to reread the quote above of Secretary Pompeo’s statement:

“This week the State Department has facilitated the transportation of nearly 17.8 tons of donated medical supplies to the Chinese people, including masks, gowns, gauze, respirators, and other vital materials. These donations are a testament to the generosity of the American people.

So you see, private citizens donated equipment to China almost two months ago before things got bad here, which is their right and as such was their choice which is none of anyone’s business but theirs, which the State Department facilitated the transportation of, and USG was “prepared to” spend (not send) $100m to augment China’s fight against the outbreak, all in an attempt to prevent it from coming here (or at least slow it down).

Nice try though, faggot.

(Nothing against gays, of course, just faggot shills like👆and their alts)

I 100% understand every bit of that. Maybe it's you who didn't understand the context behind my comment?

My point is that we shouldn't be sending anything, donating anything, giving anything, or "helping facilitate the transport of" anything to any other country IF our country is still in need of any of those things... Now if we are genuinely not in need of any of those particular things, and the data we have to go off of says that we won't be out of those things in the very near future, then I'm all for sending them wherever the hell you want to send them, all the way up to and including Chy-nuh.....

but I still can't for the life of me understand why we, as people or country, would be donating anyting to China right now, or really any other country for that matter, until we get our own hone/governors/states out of harm's way....

Ahhh... Getting that upset over me stating a fact and then going so far as to call me a faggot, with aggression I'm not sure where came from, because you dont like what I said, even though I'm fairly certain you completely misunderstood the context, is pretty ridiculous....

I never once said that you were incorrect or that we did give them something, which is exactly what your entire rambling comment tries to make it out like I did... But I never did..

all I said was that, during a time like this, in an emergency like this, it really doesn't matter what language you put on it.... at the end of the day the fact would remain that we would be taking medical supplies, that are supposedly needed in many places here in our own country, and sending them to another country.

You can even completely forget about the fact that we'd be sending them to the very same country that got us in this mess, and that continues to try to lie their way out of it, but it really doesn't matter what country it is. Unless they are part of the United States of America we should be strictly applying Trump's America First policy. That shit should literally be law right now.

If we are actually allowing that much "donated" medical supplies to be shipped to China on the taxpayer dime, while also forcing taxpayers to pay for other shipments of the same exact type supplies coming from the same exact country we just sent our donations to???? That would be pretty clear lunacy..... I mean in what fucking world would that make sense to anyone?
