3 --> Refuse to engage. Downvote, deport, move on. This is best option. The reason is because SOME shills used to get paid per reply they generate. IDK if they still do this, that was back during the '16 election. It is not the usual way they get paid, but it has been known. So there is a maybe 10% chance that every time you reply, youre actually helping them get their paycheck. The other reason is that its a waste of time, and it takes up visual space and shits up the threads.
