You expect me to believe that China contained COVID-19 within the city of Wuhan and it had marginal effects and disruptions throughout all other mainland Chinese cities / Chinese economy? But somehow it is shutting every country and every major city down across the globe??? Come on China...

There are 4 or 5 major metro areas in China shut down, but honestly, I believe their numbers as much as I believe Cuomo’s
