Yeah, he's got blue hair and sounds like an ass, so lets all just ignore the implications of a state government arresting an individual for peaceably assembling on his own property. I'm sure the infringement of his constitutional rights was in our own best interest. As long as it's for the good of the people, no government would ever abuse the precedent set by this.
