Well it's good from the perspective of getting blood donors for plasma with C19 antibodies. It's also good in that over time it will bring the risk rate more inline with reality. The media is always going to use anything and everything to attack him and the more blatant they are the more people they are going to lose. Ultimately I agree that widespread testing doesn't appear to be required and I'm not at all minimizing the loss of people who actually have died but I think it's likely this whole debacle will work out well for us in the long run.

The problem as I see it is that this has been spreading since Jan maybe even before then, and we need to isolate more severely for a period of time to lessen the blow.
I think they've been trying to condition everyone into falling in line with being an automaton in the big data scheme going on. They want you to accept just getting in line to get with the program and whenever they make a vaccine, if this gets that fuggen far, they will have a line of willing sheep to take it.
