The guardian is the least of our worries. we have duly elected governors passing laws against this potential lifesaver. The madness level here is unthinkable
They should be tried as mass murderers! Also, Sheriffs have the duty to defend our liberties. Federalist Papers 39 & 51. They have the authority to arrest elected Officials, up to and including the Governor. I just found this out yesterday from a fellow poster here.
Obviously, we haven't been availing ourselves of this remedy. We need to step it up!
