I don't know about z-pac but Hydroxy has been around for decades and cheap as dirt. Companies are pledging to donate millions, maybe even tens of millions, of doses. It can probably be manufactured very easily.

We have the supply for those people who need it for things it's proven to work against. If this trial goes well in New York, maybe we're talking about a different situation.
