Louisiana is basically shut down. It's aweful, even the hospitals, which you would assume are doing pretty well, are looking at laying off non essential personnel. I'm still unemployed, now applying for anything that could bring in any money at all. We need to get at least partially opened back up asap
I'm in the same boat. This is just making life harder in a city that is already closing businesses because people aren't moving here anymore. Trying to get out as soon as possible but this makes life much harder. I need the library for internet access but the mayor/governor shut down everything.
I'm having to get creative to get internet access lately.
It's a God send that my wife has a stable job. I hope you can find ways to stay on your feet as well until things open up again
Thanks. There are places hiring but everything is online so now I have to wait until the evening to apply. It's just extra stress to deal with on top of dealing with a mayor threatening citizens if we don't do as she says.
