Honestly, he leads a deep blue state (MD). Rhino is about as good as we can get elected out here. At least he’s rolling taxes and fees back. But what he can do is severely limited by the blue core and gerrymandering. His predecessor faced huge structural deficits every year because he would spend our tax money before he even received it.

Is he MAGA? Definitely not. But he’s the best governor MD has had in decades.
