Right now, the Michigan Gov is crying about the Fed not helping. She didn't file a formal request for supplies from FEMA, and AFAIK she still has not. Regardless, they still are sending supplies there.

She has been telling the press that she can't get supplies, because the White House is telling suppliers not to send things to Michigan. So their State House sent her a letter basically calling her out on her BS, and telling her to make public who she spoke to.
