Dumb Q but, how does our new and improved TD get to the top like this? Is it sheer usage or some other internet technical stuff thats way over my head?

I knew something was up when I used to duck/Goolag 'reddit the donald' and it wouldnt even come up! I would have to click on the 1st result - fake cucky wiki article, and then click on the link listed there. Yep I'm lazy to type in the full URL I guess...
