You're right and I agree but maybe this quarantine could be the difference between 100 people a day and 10,000 people a day.

Am I right? Probably not but if it's a Chinese plague in question it's better to overdo it than underdo it. I'm not wrong about erring in the side of caution just to keep those numbers down
