IDK since the article itself was just talking about the Treasury Department being allowed to collect overdue child support, but didn't clarify if these check would actually go to the kids or not. I'd like to say yes, but knowing how many scumbags there are in the US Government I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if at least some if not all of the money was pocketed along the way by Government Employees.

I'm with you on that. I know there is A LOT wrong with the system but my mother was one of the few women who got the shit end of divorce and was left in debt. My dear ol' dad literally moved to different states and had everything in his 2nd wife's name to avoid paying anything in child support.
