Czech Rep's president and PM are constantly trying to gain favors with the CCP for some unknown reason (probably kickbacks) which makes my blood fucking boil like nothing else. Their tourists are rude and CCP keeps bringing their shitty policies here "or we will stop our people from touring your cities". Absolutely infuriating is what it is.
Talked with a guy last year who had a toy business and he bought his supply from China. His supplier ripped him off a $250k purchase order because they wanted to save a few cents per toy and used lead paint, meaning the guy couldn’t do anything with the toys but scrap them. It put him out of business.
In Chinese culture, it’s almost a need for them to try and rip you off no matter how small the gain is or how much harm it can cause you, they get off to that. His supplier screwed him $250k just so they could pocket maybe an extra $750 in profit. They’ll do it again, and they will try and do it every step of the way.
I work with a company who hires us to oversee their manufacturing in China and you wouldn’t believe how much security is in their factories and how many American engineers are there overseeing things just to make sure they don’t pull this shit on us.
Remember that the FDA recalled their onsite inspectors in China when the #CCPVirus went on the loose. There is NO ONE independently verifying the efficacy of any medical product being produced in China!
