Imagine how bad things would be right now if the economy hadn't been at it's strongest place in history when this virus happened. We'd be potentially looking at a way more brutal recession than 2008. I still think the economy will take some time to get back to where it was, but had Trump not gotten it to where it was things would be incredibly dire. We'd be potentially looking at 10-20 trillion dollar stimulus package instead
Don't get me wrong, things are still rough with just about everything non-essential not in business right now. Plenty of us not sure what the next two months could bring. I'm not trying to downplay that, I'm just saying many people would have had far less in their savings, and in far more debt had Trump not boosted the economy the way he did
I have a friend who ragevoted for Trump because the DNC boned Bernie in 2016. He also hoped that Trump would be very liberal. Anyway, whenever we talk, he will ask "So how disappointed are you with Trump and his promises not being kept?" Then I get to laugh in his face and say that he may not have lived up to your expecations, but he has done everything I wanted from Conservative Judges, Tariffs on China, conservative economic policies, and getting the border fixed. Turns out he has been one of the most conservative presidents we have.ever had. He gets so pissed.
I love Trump, but frankly these past few years haven't been happy ones.
The evil on the other side is too great.
I foresee his re-election as a time of rebirth, though, after what the country is going through now. I hope.
I for one am terribly ashamed of my country since Bad Orange Man's election. I knew the democrats were sleezebags, but it has been a revelation how corrupt our federal institutions had really become. I had always thought there was enough honor, decency, and patriotism in most americans that the levels of organized seditious criminal activity against our President and the country as a whole could never happen. Drain the swamp!
i've been laughing at his shitlordian prowess every day since before the election , however in equal measure i am fucking infuriated at the continual bullshit thrown at GEOTUS and lack of serious pushback against these fuckin creeps clintons / bidens / awans / pedowood / wasserman schultz / abedin and weiner / pelosi / schumer etc etc
I'm just happy to have lived in this historic era, even as a non American who has never been and don't have any intention to ever come to America, but I'm happy he is the POTUS and the world is a better place now.
He is our GEOTUS and always will be in our heart. I love this man
I was a worthless drug dealer till 2016 I was so inspired by Trump that I quit selling and using drugs. Now I am a full time carpenter. Trump saved my life
I, for one, was in a neverending nightmare of cascading calamities during the Obama years.
And, mind you, I actually had high hopes at the beginning that his election would finally heal our racial wounds and lead us to a golden future.
Boy, was I wrong. And never have I been more miserable to be so wrong.
I'm happy with how he is running the country.
But I was saddened to learn that most of the friends I regularly socialized with were infected with Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Go to church when it reopens and light a candle that God weeded emotional vampires out of your life!
I'm still shocked that any were closed.
Some of them by government order.
Even with all the Coronavirus hysteria, my life is still better now than it was during the Dark Ages (2008-2016).

Metoo
give it a year or two grampa
I thank God for Trump everyday. I hate what the pandemic has done to our country but I trust God and Trump to get us out of this mess.
Can't stand all the sleazy tatics of the left since that election, but overall, it's amazing to have them all exposed for the world to see.
Since 16' I have basically doubled my income and have gotten married.
Congratulations! That's some great accomplishments.
Hey fren good for you!
It would be great if everyone I worked with didn't have extreme TDS.

Most people without severe TDS are.
Chinese virus notwithstanding.
Politics aside, Trump gotta be the most entertaining and relatable president in my life.
Now I can proudly tell my wife that someone with wacky behaviors like me reached the highest position in the planet.
I am even with this virus the Chinese and Pedocrats released on the world!
I have. Never had a better credit rating, higher salary and money saved.

I was depressed for a while, as I lost most of my friends. But happier than ever now.
I'm not happier; I've never wanted to crucify communists more intensely.
After we drain the swamp and MAGA I can spare the time to be happy.
Right now, fuck "happy", I am concerned with my work.
I would be way happier if the Dems had not taken the House in 2018. They may still kill us all yet with their bullshit.

im happy that all my suspected fears about the people elected as leaders....were not just paranoias...but truths that have been exposed.
