Their biggest fear is people not liking them. This is how they are controlled by the Left in these modern social media dominated times. They don't want to be labeled a Nazi, or bigot, or sexist, or racist.. this is why they always fall in line and repeat each other. This is also why EVERY time someone steps out of line they are slandered and labeled one of the names above. Their fear of being slandered and labeled is what keeps them in line. When they say things like "people don't like you" they really mean they absolutely despise you and wish you would disappear, which is why they are fine with people being censored and banned from places. They take this further by claiming that you shouldn't be heard by others for fear of you "recruiting" other people to your 'out of line' (racist, sexist, Nazi) ideology. This is why they suspend/censor/ban anything that doesn't fit their narrative.

Not only would they lose sleep if they thought people hated them the way they hate people that step out of line.. they have nightmares about it happening to them.
