There are two theories I think are legitimate, one is something from the chans -- the virus was going to be used to quell the protests in HK, people would get sick and the PRC army would come in and lay down martial law to "help", the other theory which I am more inclined to go with is that it was released with intent to disrupt and hamstring the US with extreme prejudice, if China winds up taking out some of its own citizens in the process or other minor players so be it.

Thanks to the alacrity and foresight of this President, we'll recover from this kick in the teeth. He is handing this with all the seriousness of a phenomenal leader that comes once every few generations. Now is the time to be serious and handle this like adults, worry or stress when it is over -- when you bring stress to a situation and have a persuasive personality, think of what that does to those around you, be the sheepdog not the sheep.
