Death by malaria is probably the most common way a human has died in all of history.

Its not how many have died. Its how many are GOING to die. All of the experts who are always wrong have predicted over 2 million people in the US alone will die. But they made a rounding error and had to fix that to 100k are going to die. Ya know, the same as any bad flu season. But this time is WAY more serious for, reasons.

The guy who created the initial model that started the panic walked it back a few days ago. He initially predicted 500,000 deaths in the UK. Now he's predicting 2,500 deaths, most of whom would have died by the end of the year anyway.

This is deceptive. While the death toll is low right now, if a lot of people get it at once, the 1 in 5 that need to be on ventilators will overwhelm the system, leading to more deaths.

That said, a tanking economy can and will lead to more deaths than the virus.

It’s nowhere near 1 in 5 who actually get the virus that need ventilators.
