I used to not support Trump. I've always been an Independent and didn't want to label myself with one party or another. Yes, I admit I voted for Shillary in 2016 in part because I really didn't know the full extent of who she was and thought she could do the job even if I didn't like her. I admit I didn't always agree with Trump but I didn't cut my friends out of my life that did support him. As time went on things continued to change, politicians would actively not enforce laws that were in the common good, and the worst was the demonizing of the opposition. Families literally would stop talking to each other over this. With the most recent happening of this Chinese virus it's clear how duplicitous the media/Democrats are when it comes to their narrative. I had always assumed both sides did half truths now and again but what has been done by them has actively caused people to lose their lives and they show no remorse. Before this pandemic I was considering not voting and seeing how it all played out. Now it's clear that one side is completely inept and only wants the keys to the castle to continue having a good time. Trump is the one who'll actually address the illegal immigration problem. Trump is the one who'll actually work for the people to rise from poverty and be players in our economy. Most importantly Trump is the one who'll stand against the Communist Party of China while the Democrats would lick Xi Jinping's taint to show they weren't racist. You, not so few now, good men have my support.

p.s. you glorious bastards did a good job giving the finger to reddit making this site after they tried to screw you

I too am happy for this site. The first time I voted it was for Obummer. My parents were Democrats and I didn't pay attention. I voted for Trump and bet your ass I will again. I am proud of my son too, he was a Bernie supporter in 2016 now 100% Trump.

Also the right actually has a sense of humor, I'd rather kill myself than live in the PC world where I'd never get another dark comedy joke again.

I agree I am all about some dark comedy!

Here's something not quite dark but hilarious in hindsight from the onion. They made this in 2012 and it really does seem like people came out of nowhere and smacked Hilary down in 2016. For some reason the Onion has been showing up in my YouTube feed alot recently. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jn5c1FuLDd4

Bernie in 2016 actually was against illegal immigrants saying "There's too many poor people" shame he has such a weak spine and molded himself completely to the far left progressives. It's insane watching the Democrats actually prop up Joe Biden as he's in hard mental decline.

Also, illegals are currently self-deporting

Now that's just hilarious, fair weather workers. Maybe if we can get the wall FULLY OPERATIONAL we can make sure they don't come back when we've fixed everything again.

HungNavySeal300Kills 2 points ago +2 / -0

Lol I almost want them to stick around for when we go up to 40% unemployment and start fighting for work

Fair weather illegals are done working for $100 a day tax free, they're going back home and building nice houses to cram in the dozen kids who didn't get smuggled across in the womb. Why deal with the shit were headed towards. Oh well, we'll rebuild this country and they'll come right back, with more friends!

WE JUST CAN'T STOP WINNING, FOLKS! THE TRUMP TRAIN JUST GOT 10 BILLION MPH FASTER!

CURRENT SPEED: 357,509,385,117,000 MPH!

At that rate, it would take approximately 4.694 years to travel to the Andromeda Galaxy (2.5 million light-years)!

Tim Pool, is that you? /s

Sanguinor [S] 7 points ago +8 / -1

Ha funny enough I watch him, a pretty good feed path to see through it all. Also never watched Tucker Carlson till recently. Tim Pool really is the hardest fence sitter, maybe another year and he'll come around.

If there's ever a way that YouTube loses it's monopoly it'll be this. The moment a better platform comes by that doesn't do social engineering a large portion of people will jump ship.

Well to be honest I was young and less informed on the issues. Take gun rights for example, I didn't know how many actual steps and regulations/background checks there were for getting one. Frankly I didn't have as healthy of a news consumption diet as I do today. So while I had a vague impression that Hillary had done some questionable things in the past (an understatement I know now) I thought that Trump didn't have what it took to run a country. Now after all this time I've learned more becoming a young adult and am less trusting of media sources that I grew up with.

It's a sad thing, one of the big problems is that on a subconscious level he knows that if he disagreed with those in his space he could lose all this friends and perhaps even his job. They will continue to reinforce that way of thinking even if he disagreed he'll know that way of thinking isn't allowed. I think with someone like that you need a big shock to his system that makes him reconsider everything he hears. I hope Trump wins in a massive landslide as it will shatter a lot of worldviews that can only exist in a bubble where they lie about them still being the majority.

Want to see me predict the media's next hoax?

"Trump accuses NY hospital staff of theft, without evidence"

He recently made a remark about how NY is burning through supplies faster than they should. Media is obviously going to ignore THEMSELVES when they wrote this: https://archive.is/NQDgu

There are literal criminal investigations ongoing by the NYPD.

Dude you're probably right, they've been trying to spin anything they can. They're desperate after seeing Trumps polls skyrocket during the crisis as he addresses the good American people and keeps them from losing their minds with worry. Best thing is they have all the time in the world to watch the news and if they're watching 24/7 it makes it easy to spot their lies if they've been watching his full addresses. This pandemic has done so much to expose them it's ridiculous. China really dropped the ball allowing the western nations to experience a real hardship and not some safe space bullshit. It has put so much in perspective for a docile American population.

Always hated identitarian politics and other pussy politics but it took time to see that the left truly were slaves to it, when I was younger I thought a good amount was just paying lip-service to the left base. It's also amazing how open the right is to actual discussion and debate vs if you just happen to be in the same picture as someone who is on the other political side you are excised from the left. They really have lost their minds.

I hate that as someone who wants to go into art, almost all the artsy web spaces are horrendously left. Tumblr was prime example of everyone going insane over identity politics and progressivism, wokeism, tokenism, love your body to horrendous proportions and embrace all manners of mental illness, with beautiful art to further sell the propaganda that this mentality is okay and to hell with the cis het normies. Its everywhere now.

Eh honesty is better in my opinion. It's a sign of my ignorance as a youth, better that my story is out there so others who have done the same will know it's better to change rather then hold onto a position even when you've found it to be wrong. Still haven't told my parents, tried pointing out some of the recent lies when talking to my mom on the phone and she asked me if I supported Trump. Honestly wonder if she'd disown me or some shit if I told her. She's a bit nutty

Welcome to the family. And know you aren't alone. A lot of people are waking up to this. Which is what i think this is all about. Conservatives are generally happier people. I really don't go out of my way to insult Dems or get into fights with them. But that's not the case from their side to me. I was a Dem for 50 years, it wasn't until the 2008 election cycle that I started to wake up. Took a little trip to the Border and discovered the R's were telling the truth and the Dem Media was lying through their teeth! It only takes a little conk on the head for a person to go, "HEY, WTF?!" After that, everything starts to make sense on a different level. It's very cool and a little humbling when that happens. And everyone has a different alarm clock in their head for this, so keep casually mentioning things, but don't push. One comment at the right time will do the trick...Plus, people often hear you later when you aren't around and what you said is banging around in their noggin...

I am not a Republican. I am however a Trumpian! The GOP itself is still shit. Weakness and RINO's. Remember what they did to Dr Ron Paul when he ran in 2008 and 2012. BOTH PARTIES ARE SHIT! Trump however is above this. Trump is what the Republican party should always be.

FUCK THE GOP! They supported the bushes, McCain, and many other traitors! Fuck the wars the GOP took part in. GOP and DNC are both extensions of the elite.

I am glad you came over brotha, but do not be duped. There is a reason the GOP has been so weak and nutless. It is because they were the weak enablers.

Sanguinor [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Too true, we'll need to make sure the next runner after Trump's second term is someone we can count on.

2
independentbystander 2 points ago +2 / -0

^ username checks out ^

>But I've supported Trump since 1980ish, to me he was obviously Presidential material all along and his current views are still fairly consistent with his early interviews. (Video link is 27mins, the first 5mins are must-see interviews with Rona Barrett, Oprah, and Larry King all discussing him as a serious candidate/contender.)

2
Sanguinor [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ha I wasn't even born then. Thanks for the link friend, It was also interesting to see so many people that used to be his friend turn on him when they knew exactly who he was before he ran.

And ya the name definitely was because 40k was a big part of my life growing up. Started a 4th edition blood angels army when I was really young. Some lucky soul already got Sanguinius as a user name and I'm quite jealous.

1
independentbystander 1 point ago +1 / -0

I remember those interviews from when they ran live (there was no internet yet.) I toss that video out pretty frequently, it is a very good example of how courteous MSM was toward Trump before he announced his 2016 Candidacy. CNN/MSNBC etc at present would never give him a polite interview like you see there.

>most importantly: Unlike the Career Politicians he's surrounded by, Trump has been very consistent in his views and demeanor over the decades. From the early interviews at the beginning of that video, you will see him making some of the exact sort of statements he makes today concerning trade, the economy, Chyna, illegal immigration, etc. (Example: there are many videos out there showing the DNC Elite being "tough on illegal immigration,"/border security etc then flip-flopping into their CURRENT YEAR reeeeee open-borders stance.)

AllahFubar 2 points ago +2 / -0

Glad to have you hear, and I have so many similar experiences. Particularly some of my family members demonizing Trump and those that voted for him. I'm a registered Independent, sat out the election (first time in my voting life) and my cousin's husband yelled (during Thanksgiving) "you let Hitler take office!!!"

So much of what you said, I hear and relate to!

2
Sanguinor [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

God ya, even when I didn't support him the calling of him as a literal Hitler was so extremely cringe. It's amazing how people were so ready to find an enemy because they had no real purpose in their lives. Deplorable that they chose fellow Americans so easily.

Can you please share how you felt and what went through your mind after seeing or reading about the Democrats atrocious and lying behavior to say the least when they were doing everything illegal and in a corrupt manner to stop Brett Kavanaugh from being confirmed for the Supreme Court?

Thank you for changing your mind and voting for our President to help save our beloved nation once more!

Sanguinor [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well I wasn't a hard core leftist so my experience would be quiet different to one of them. For me it was something that sowed doubt mostly. I basically was waiting for more concrete proof to come. None ever really did but I trusted the media enough at the time to still make me think that maybe another person should be nominated that didn't have any baggage. Now with more time and gathering of information it's clear no matter who would be put up they would have found something to smear them and that the whole thing really was a mad hit piece.
