Yes in 35 of the 50 states. In 34 of those only during emergence. Michigan is the only one that doesn't have an emergency clause and it is always illegal.
"The accused fraudster also directed another doctor to an Irvington, NJ, auto repair shop to pick up another order. There, the doctor reported to investigators that Feldheim was allegedly hoarding enough medical supplies “to outfit an entire hospital.”
Materials included: hand sanitizers, Clorox wipes, chemical cleaning supply agents and surgical supplies."
As long as he purchased them, I really don't get how it's a crime. This is how it starts. None of the items were illegal, but the fbi raided his house anyway. So now the government can't just declare you can't have something, even when you are not committing a crime, and raid you're house. The government will use this to take more and more power, and then use it as precedent in the future. And ffs , he coughed without covering his mouth when the agents were 4 or 5 feet away and they charged him with assault. The government never gives back the power they take. America has we know it is gone
There is a book on the law but I also agree here. The fact he bought it all legally when demand was low and is now reselling it should be perfectly legal. But it isn't. So don't do it until you get the law off the books.
It's also pretty scummy but completely within free market principles.
Cuomo?
Fredo? or Fredo's Brother, Fredo?
Is price gorging and hoarding a crime? Hahahaha

Its not. There's no such thing as price gouging.

Baruch Feldheim? What was this german guy doing in New York engaging in deadly price gouging. That just doesn't seem right
Borough Park is a Hasidic Jewish neighborhood
No way!!! It cant be... Trump must have planted them there for the FBI to find.
Yesterday: "The president, without evidence, asserted that people in NY were hoarding masks and stealing from hospitals!"
Today: Man arrested for hoarding masks.
THREE WEEKS AGO: Cuomo to start investigations into theft from hospitals!
How dare that man have a stockpile of (insert high demand item here)! Arrest him!
