Whatever lies they are telling right now will be consistent with whatever lies they were telling before the flu. You can't secretly update a reporting system that spans tens of thousands of businesses overnight, it would take years and be very public.
Plus it makes complete sense logically. Just walk into the factory and turn the power back on and you can resume from the exact moment that you left off. Not enough time has passed for anybody to forget how to do their job. As long as you have the cash to cover expenses over the downtime 90% of these businesses can be back up in a day. The same thing in the USA.
On top of that, we are much more of a service industry. We are probably most fit for work at home conditions too. So you’ll find the numbers of all our software,finance,services and consulting companies are maybe even selling more. I mean. I know at least 3 families who pulled the trigger on a laptop this week alone due to the homeschool side effect of this
