My stream is about 15 minutes behind, but i just got to the part where the good doctor made the comparison about how many ventilators we have compared to the UK

WE HAVE 5X AS MANY VENTILATORS. Masterful response there, that should be clipped and played for every American to calm everyone

And we are the USA dammit. THE GREATEST COUNTRY EVER IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD! We can manufacture what we need and mobilize better than any other country ever!

Everyone turn off the m5m, and

We're gonna be fine. MAGA KAG

Don't we also have 5X as many people? I think we should stop comparing absolute numbers and start comparing percentages and things per capita. We also have like 40x the square area. This is complicated stuff folks. We know that NY is fucked because of the population density... how much of that is incorporated into these models?

She was speaking about 5x the ventilators per capita

It's important so the people can put the situation into perspective and give people hope. The media is trying to scare people to death and create panic and hysteria so they can blame Trumps response

Rewind it about 20 minutes back and see her comparison. She said:

"The UK has 8k ventilators across their entire country atm. And if the USA was in the same boat as the UK, when factoring in our much larger population, we would only have 40k ventilators...

... we have 5X that number! We will have over 200,000 ventilators." (Plus even more on the way with our potential to make more faster than anyone in the world)

We are going to be good, the media hysteria needs to stop trying to create panic. That was the point of her comparison.

WA numbers were inflated because of the nursing homes that were hit. (I tend to believe that colder/damper climates will have higher death rates, let's see...)
