Picture is innocent the lines in the body are submersion lines and light reflection.
Bullshit! Pause and zoom in that kid is wrapped in clear plastic up to his neck laying on a sheet or towel. Yes I know some parents are free form nudist mine were but I know for a fuckin fact there are no pictures of me or my siblings that remotely resemble that.
Possibly her son, taped naked to something and with what appears to be some kind of white lines/symbols painted on him...
