The biggest problem here is that China is full of shit regarding their case and death numbers. Many of us, myself included, didn't think COVID-19 was going to be a big deal based off of what was going on in China. Most of these stories used that same data. Everyone changed their tune once Italy started to peak and we got a better idea of what was actually going on.
