Accepting the 25 million & laying off musicians isn't the only bad thing. They just had a $40 million endowment from some foundation, they have plenty of money already. But the clincher is... after they were notified of the coming aid, they donated $5 million to the DNC! Demand the $25 million back.
They must have a side organization (like planned parenthood action) that does all the donations, while the lefties continue to think that planned parenthood isn't political.
While they did lay off the musicians, the 5 million back is not true.
Took me a few minutes of digging, Cari Kelemen was the originator of the 5 million dollar claim. She admitted in a followup tweet she was wrong about it.
Why do we even post this crap? Republicans in the house don't have the power to requisition a box of Kleenex(tm). They have introduced bills since the Democrats have had a house majority. The go no place, they accomplish nothing. It is the Right Wings version of virtue signaling at this point.
The businesses who will get loans have to keep their employees as part of the deal. The Kennedy Center should have been required to do the same. They need to be called out for it. We can't just agree with all the democrap because they happen to have a house majority. That would make zero sense. So while you may think it's crap, it is certainly important to the orchestra members who have lost their jobs and their families.

Source? This would be egregious even for Dems.
I heard that earlier today too. That would be so blatant I might think it was a coverup for something worse

Go line by line and rescind all the crap Pelosi shoved in
Gee, I wonder how far that bill will make it. Enough with the kabuki bs.
Good.
So the DNC gets a $5 million kickback? Isn't that money laundering?
Well, yes... but no
It wont see the light of day.
I wish that deleted person would fuck off.
Omgosh Thank you Jesus!! 🙌🙌🙌
Wasn't that a condition for the airlines? You get money but you keep everyone employed?
Either the Kennedy center needs to bed up, for ventilator victims, or give the money back.

Should be fine of top of it.

The really great thing about this is that they can all learn to code.
Maybe they shouldn't have passed it in the first place.
Maybe he should have done research for who needs money before blindly voting for it!
