SHOWER THOUGHT: We are all stuck in our homes, as bad as it is we have Netflix and the news.. I thought about how isolated we are, what would happen if we lost internet and cable TV for days.. how many have functional radios? what would people do? serious question... (i.imgur.com)

This happened here in Oregon a few years ago; my community calls it the “Snowpocalypse”. No power for almost 2 weeks, and snow made it impossible to travel.

We turned a rec center into a warming station for the elderly and made large batches of soup.A lot of board games appeared out of thin air and things turned out okay.

We’ll get through this. :)
