The Trump administration should sue the Chinese Government in the World Court at the Hague for lying about the Coronavirus and jeopardizing more than a billion lives.
Participation in these international disputes is voluntary. The Chinese government is likely to just ignore it. So the Trump administration should add tariff upon tariff, invite other countries to join in with tariffs, all of which will conditionally be withdrawn if the Chinese government submits to the Court's decision.
Permanent monitoring stations for disease outbreak should be placed in the country perhaps 100 miles apart, manned by UN personnel and funded by the Chinese government.
Traditional Chinese culture places a high value on not losing face. This is internationally unacceptable: billions of lives.
