Really YouTube has a ridiculous amount of content which isn't copyrighted in the least as far as I know.
What's to stop someone from making those videos available from another source ?

What do you mean, post them on bitchute? Go ahead, especially if they're controversial and likely to be censored on youtube.
People do that all the time. Most content creators have alternate sites hosting their Youtube videos too.
