The 2.2 million is worst case scenario with no mitigation.
The 100,000 to 200,000 is best case scenario if we do what Trump says to do.
Very misleading to say Trump is trying to flip flop on the numbers. Trump, Pence, Fauci and Birx all explained this in great detail yesterday.
