I will say this, as terrible as Obama was, the country was business as usual during H1N1 (which was far worse) and it was a great move. It's amazing now, how gullible and eager the average American is to throwing their life away for the damn flu.
If his team of dimwit thieves would've thought of this and realized they could squeeze our balls for 2 trillion fucking dollars there's a good chance the response would've been what we see today. Somebody figured out the magic: scare everyone and then "bail" them out with their own money. Take some for yourself. Repeat.
