I suspect. I just almost sent this information to some friends in Virginia and decided to verify before sharing (always good practice, even in these hallowed halls!). Couldn't turn up anything, and my request for source is so far unanswered. We'll see!

As for the photo, that's probably a 100% accurate picture of a DNC sacrifice to one of their demons.
