Dear Diary: Today I learned that not reporting any information and actively hiding things is considered "underreporting". Must remember this, could come in handy some day when I become a dictator.
Just like when you say you're for one thing one day and then the next day say you're actually for the opposite and never said otherwise and get called out for it, it's just a "clarification" and not a lie.
