Of COURSE if a respiratory virus sweeps through a nursing home, people will die. The kind of person who never had kids (too selfish) - or who has kids who don't care about them enough to take care of them in their old age - is the exact kind of person to smoke 40-50+ years and have completely fucked up lung function, circulation, etc. You really think a 70 year old, that still goes out jogging, is going to die from Covid? You wonder why we keep seeing people in their GODDAMN 90S AND OLDER recovering from Coronavirus? GEE, let me think, who is more likely to live into their 90s, someone who smoked for 5 decades, or someone who has smoked <5 cigarettes their entire life? Use your fucking brains, people!
