Any fellow VA Pedes have experience filing a FOIA request here in VA?

I'm thinking I'd like to see all correspondence, reports and data used to determine the effectiveness of the stay-home order compared to not issuing it, as well as same regarding it's exigency and anticipated effectiveness in counties outside of NOVA and finally same info used to determine the appropriateness of a June 10 end date.

I could use some pointers on form and method of filing a request and info gained from past experience.
