Vote by Mail is easy mode for fraud.

Would it be if they made it law that ballots sent by mail must be sent with a tracking number? Sure, sending with a stamped letter makes fraud easy but with a tracked letter I do not think so

Absolutely not, Stacey. And by the way, you lost that election.

I'm sure they took it up because the Bernie voters are being discarded along with the republicans, but it helps the republicans, too.

Dont you mail it to the same place they take all the in person ballots? Cant they throw those ones away too?

I believe mail in ballots get sent to the county's registrar of recorders offices, which I will refer to as HQ from here on out. When you vote in person or drop off your ballot in person on the day of, you do it at your local assigned precinct.

I am not sure if the precincts tallies the votes themselves before they take it to HQ or if HQ tallies up each box of precincts. But there are usually people around watching on election night at both the precincts and HQ, so it's harder to pull BS when there are people watching.

Before election night, it's a lot easier to toss "mismatched signature" ballots out because no one is watching. And after the fact, when the favored candidate doesn't win, a whole bunch of votes that happened to be mailed on the day of the election will trickle in and tip the scales for the favored candidate. Oh, and a lot of those last minute trickle in votes are from dead people...

meanwhile, a lot of later arriving inconvenient ballots (ie from service people) will have "mismatched signature" issues.

ACLU is suing the State of CA because CA has been throwing away huge numbers of ballots for signatures not matching. The determination is made by people who are not handwriting experts. I am willing to bet that the signatures tend to not match on ballots that vote Republican and very far left (ie for Bernie and the Green).

Sadly the racism industry has made it so they can guess by name. They’ve also got unlimited research data so they can ID zip codes to target for discard or to go harvest. Thanks Facebook!

They can easily know which counties are red or blue as well.

In CA there is a code on the outside of the envelope. They know from the code what your registered preference is.

Wow. I had no idea. No media outlet reports that kinda stuff. I bet you are right. I'm gonna have to hunker down and go vote in person.

I still get a ballot by mail, but I drop it off in person at my local precinct on Election Day. I know my vote can still be discarded, but at least the votes collected on Election Day are more closely monitored (which is not saying much) than the votes that trickle in via mail.

Please go to a polling location. If you're ballot gets bent or crimped in the mail, guess what happens? It can't make it through the machines. It's then re- done by 2 employees at the voters office. All your choices are re-entered manually and maybe by snowflakes. Get it?

Yes because your vote was lost in the process.

"Safest Way to Vote" you mean "Safest Way to Steal Our Votes"

Any Bernie bros should be paying attention. Any vote by mail in any remaining democratic primaries will likely be overwhelmingly for Biden.

How can libs be so confident in their ability to steal an election? I'm not doubting their will, just how can they steal votes in such a short period of time.

1
Nellie_the_Beaut 1 point ago +1 / -0

Didn’t Oregon demand during the latest primaries that all mail in envelopes have the PARTY AFFILIATION checked on the OUTSIDE of the envelope or the ballot was deemed “invalid” and not counted? What’s to keep the Dems from making that hinky shit the rule for ALL by mail voting. Can’t think of why they would insist on knowing WHO the vote is for before they even count them...(tds infected lib fires up the wood chipper in the back of precinct office).
