I have family in Naturita and Paradox, which is just north of there. I was there to visit and left on the 10th of February, first symptoms were on the 15th and by the 17th I was sick. The only place I could have caught it would have been there or maybe one of the hotels on highway 70. It's sparsely populated, but heavily visited by foreign tourists.

Kinda funny to see this actually, because I swear up and down I got it from a foreign tourist while there.
