I went to a fairly prestigious university - about my second year there was a huge influx of Chinese. These kids couldn't even speak English, and are sitting next to me taking the same test? Their fall back was their 'translation' devices, which had full-blown access to the internet through web browsers. At one point, one of our professors had a fit in class because he clearly saw what was going on, didn't give a fuck what was politically correct, and escalated it with the university. I don't know what happened, but I knew what was going on - cash payments, and now I know where it's coming from.
