In university, this one isn't even top 3 of the biggest problems. Half of the programs being taught in university are social engineering and leftist indoctrination scams, imparting no real skills or utility to those who are "educated". These Chinese students are paying a lot of money to not get an education. Essentially, they're subsidizing the university. If university were really about teaching skills instead of simply granting credentials, it wouldn't matter at all. If you're learning valuable skills you can use to create value in the economy, then the people cheating in your class are only cheating themselves and subsidizing your education. To be honest, university name recognition should be devalued in place of what people can actually do. I almost see this as an absolute win.
