I want every American to be prepared for the hard days that lie ahead. We're going to go through a very tough two weeks and then hopefully, as the experts are predicting, as a lot of us are predicting, we're going to start seeing rome real light at the end of the tunnel, but this is going to be a very painful.. a very very painful two weeks. When you look and see at night the kind of death that has been caused by this invisible enemey. It's incredible.
I said this is going to be a rough two or three weeks. This is going to be one of the roughest two weeks we've ever had in our country. We're going to lose thousands of people. When I see 28 or 29 people from the governor of new jersey. 29 people. When you see 173 people died in New York yesterday or whatever the number was; I think it was more than that. When you see the kinds of numbers we're witnessing, we've never seen numbers like that.
Watch on either side of the quotes; He's definitely talking about the estimates of 100,000+ estimated to die in the next few weeks. Show me how this is misquoted....
That is how exponential growth curves work. It starts slow and begins to ramp up. We had 1000+ dead from the virus yesterday, now expect 1000+ every day (there may be a dip for a day). In a few days, we'll reach 2000 deaths. When you start counting the deaths in the thousands per day, 100,000 can be reached real fast.
