I'd be fine with the NBA, NFL, MLB, and college athletics coming to an end.

I say keep the college athletics bc sports are good in building teamwork, sportsmanship etc but no more free rides. No scholarships for college athletics

Well considering the taxpayers built and subsidized almost every sports arena in the US, the NBA losses will be mitigated somewhat by the portion we're going to have to eat on their behalf.

We find that sports players, Hollywood's actors, don't mean squat to keeping the country running.

As mindless entertainment they're fine. But when we face the issue of keeping products on the shelves, groceries, these "enterainers" mean very little indeed.
