The United States Post Office was upgraded extensively over the past couple of years. Most American do NOT know this.
The post office now has a whole lot of great capability when it comes to sorting and identifying the mail, and more technological upgrades are coming, which can then be easily used or TAMPERED with to control the upcoming vote in November if we all have to vote by mail.

Every bit of voter mail would have to be supervised to protect it all along the pathway to counting. Like by National Guard or something. But election should be postponed til virus warnings are over and done in person!
Better to not have no election at all rather than a scam election that nobody believes in.
Just postpone it until the VOD "virus of the day" is under control and there is no distancing. How much you want to bet then next virus is "no big deal" if it could cause the election to be postponed.

If we all wanted and demanded a clean election, paper ballot IMHO, is the way to go.
Through the USPS technical capability, the Dem party would fully destroy all too many votes from very specific counties, by exact zip code, such that somehow, AMAZINGLY, Biden, or maybe Nipple Ring Cuomo beats 45 in a landslide.
We would all then be forced to accept the lies and ensuing bullshit. Trump gone!

Mail in vote for? Congress or the plebs? Congress could easily do electronic voting, mail in would be stupid for them. Congress, Senate or house, does not have an anonymous vote. Their names are tied to every vote. So it would be easy to see if votes were changed. As long as it's open and transparent.

The electronic vote in Congress is fine by me.
We've had mail in vote here forever. Or "absentee" vote. Oregon has been vote by mail only for a long time. And now Washington is. I can only see my ballot was received but can't confirm how my vote was cast.

So glad to hear today, at the WH Presser, as asked, Potus said, NO, the election will happen in November, NO postponement.
Further, the election will NOT use any mail-in vote, separate from the current virus. Why NOT mail? Trump himself said that there is too much room to cheat via the mail.
Lastly, he stated that there will be Voter ID, when the election takes place.
This is as it should be. Trump understands and wants to protect the vote, and in doing so, he is protecting the American people and our republic.
Passed a few years ago. It's been that way for a while. You can still turn in your ballot at the election office if you want.
