Problem is all the idiots that will be hoarding them. The same morons that think they are going to need 800 rolls of toilet paper for a respiratory illness, are gonna try and stock pile and hoard hundreds of pills. We need these to be widely and readily available, but also monitored so that people that actually need them, can have access to them.
Aren’t some over the counter cough medicines monitored? I think the reason is because you can use them to make meth so ID is required with every purchase and your name goes into a database or something. This could easily be done with HCQ. The structure is already in place
