The SINGLE model out of UK that everybody was relying on itself said all sorts of errors went into its calculations. Everybody and anybody that was presenting this information to policymakers needs to have their head on a silver platter.
That includes Fauci.
You don't rely on a single source of information. At the very least you read the fine print and make the necessary corrections BEFORE you present it for consideration re: policy. I don't know what sort of liability there is, but we should prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
It's real but its also really exaggerated for the vast bulk of the country.
My wife is at work managing what was Cardiac-ICU right now (in Oregon) that has converted into a normal ICU so the standard one can become a COVID-ICU. They are busy (with unhealthy old people, like a normal bad flu season) and somewhat rationing PPE but overall everything is alright.
Yes, there are some very limited number of hospitals in hotspots where there is trouble but the vast overwhelming bulk of hospitals across the country are doing just fine.
How many are obese and over 70 with preexisting conditions? How are they actually categorizing Covid positive pts with regular pna cases or other H1N1 strains that have been floating around which we still have no inoculations against? Are they contributing everything to Covid? Where are these overrun hospitals. Rachel Maddow would be squirting her pants every night if she could show just one swamped hospital and long waiting lines like the media did with grocery stores.
I know nurse practitioners who were laid off this week. Whole group of them with no reason given. Seems odd that in crisis where medical supplies and staff are supposedly short they lay people off.
Thoughts: this is all a hoax. The models went from 2 million dead to 100-200k. Which is a bad flu season. Open the country.

Oh, the numbers here in WA state just got revised: 1,400. In a state of 7 million+.
The flu is more lethal than this now.
Yes, it's a real bad cold season, compounded by MSM hysteria! GTFO! Nurses are some of the biggest commies I know. Pass the word!
