When it reopens their will be some more people that become infected. That's the reality. The other reality is if people don't get back to work before the elimination of virus many other terrible things will happen. The Feds simply cannot hand out enough money quickly enough and get it to everyone.
We seemly excluded illegals. How long do you think it is before they resort to crime to eat? Not long. While I agree they don't deserve anything, I aksi think a huge portion of welfare people don't deserve what they get, we'll need to provide for them because it'll be providing for citizens that avoid baring the consequences of the crime. No different from those that some how fall through the cracks of the feds system to get money into peoples hands.
