They can only pass on what they find to the doj and the doj promptly tosses it all out because its all mostly hearsay and bile and unusable in a court of law. Now what congress CAN do is take their evidence and quietly pass it on to the doj without public discourse and without all the hearsay of hearings and the AG can quietly do something about it. She gets to do it over and over because the D's won the house and get control of those things and they don't care about any consequences. When she loses her majority in 2020 then she won't have any more power.
