Navy expected to fire CO of USS Theodore Roosevelt.........good. A Captain doesn't get to act like an E-1 and expect to keep his job. Letter of Reprimand = career ender.

Releasing a panicky, whiny letter to the press in a time of national crisis should be a court-martial offense.
I thought "that guy's fired" as soon as I saw the whiny letter. E-1 is a good idea, though- he'll love that.
